2. Website data
The public site is designed to work without advertising trackers. Direct contact may use email links. Server logs may contain technical information required for security and hosting operations.
3. Purchases and licensing
When checkout is enabled, Lemon Squeezy processes checkout, payment and tax information on its own infrastructure. Licence workflows may use order identifiers, product/variant identifiers, licence keys, activation state and licence-instance identifiers. This website does not receive card details.
4. Local software data
The sports applications are local-first. Progress, weakness memory, integrity records and licence cache are stored locally by default. Optional local components such as Ollama do not require this website to receive training content. If a user explicitly chooses a BYOK cloud provider, that provider processes submitted content under its own terms.
5. Human services
Human pedagogical review or an expert-signed private attestation, if separately offered and voluntarily requested, is distinct from the standard software licence. Only data intentionally supplied for that service should be transmitted.
