Personal French Teacher AITerms of sale
1. Scope
These terms apply to online sales of Personal French Teacher Sports AI digital software licences. The version accepted at checkout prevails.
2. Current individual offers
Football French AI, Golf French AI, Grand Racing French AI and Tennis French AI are offered individually at €2,490 each unless a different final price is explicitly shown at checkout. Each is a one-time purchase for a perpetual individual licence to the purchased major version. Taxes and final currency are confirmed at checkout.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy when checkout is enabled. After payment confirmation, the customer receives digital access and a licence key according to the checkout configuration.
4. Licence and activation
The licence is individual, non-exclusive and non-transferable. The activation limit applicable to the purchased variant is displayed at checkout and enforced by the licence service. Internet is required for first licence activation. After activation and required local-component installation, supported core training functions are designed for local/offline operation without a paid API.
5. Updates
The licence covers the purchased major version. Maintenance fixes may be supplied; future major versions are not included unless expressly stated.
6. Separate human and institutional services
Human pedagogical review, expert-signed private attestation, club deployment and multi-user/institutional rights are not included in the standard individual Lemon software licence unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. They require a separate agreement.
7. Professional boundaries
Personal French Teacher Sports AI trains French professional communication around sport. It does not provide sports technique, tactics, medical advice, diagnosis, nutrition advice, psychological diagnosis, legal advice or performance prescriptions. Users remain responsible for real-world decisions and communications.
8. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer guarantees remain applicable. For immediately supplied digital content, any waiver or loss of a statutory withdrawal right is effective only where the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement are validly collected. The checkout and order confirmation must reflect the applicable consumer rules.
9. Complaints
Pre-sale, support or complaint requests may be sent to catherine@personalfrenchteacher.com. Any mandatory consumer mediator must be identified before live payments open.
10. Applicable law
French law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence.
