Digital delivery

Sports AI products are delivered digitally after successful payment. Customers should review the product description, licence scope, system requirements and checkout price before purchase.

Withdrawal and refunds

Where applicable law grants a withdrawal right, the checkout and terms presented by FastSpring govern consent for immediate digital delivery. Refund requests are assessed under applicable law, the FastSpring checkout terms and the product terms displayed at purchase.

Faulty or inaccessible delivery

If a purchased download is unavailable, corrupted or materially different from the purchased product, contact support promptly so delivery can be corrected. Where correction is impossible, the applicable refund or statutory remedy will be provided.
